Without hesitation, I would recommend Cascade ProWash, LLC. As the company name implies, Lawrence, Dan and the team are pros, in every sense of the word: Cost-efficient, Communicative, Conscientious and Caring. I dont usually leave reviews. But it is as much a pleasure to give these gentlemen five stars as it was for my husband and I to see our summer and winter walkways taken care of quickly and efficiently by ProWashs team. Lawrence cleaned the moss off my roof. He communicated well, addressed my concerns about using chlorine, and did an excellent job. My roof looks like new, and the gutters are all cleaned out. I appreciate his honest recommendation of waiting to install gutter guards until I get a new roof even though that would have been good for his business. I highly recommend Lawrence.
