Margo Herron, MD - Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon

I was looking forward to having my medically needed breast reduction here. I didnt get past the first phone call. I was told I was too overweight. I would have to lose weight before she would even consider the surgery. Doesnt make sense to me. I am at a stable weight. She wanted me at an unstable one. VERY disappointed.

The first time I went to Dr. Herron was for kybella. The woman at the front desk if always very warm and welcoming. I was very nervous going into the procedure but she and her staff were very comforting and professional. I just went back today for lip fillers and I was so pleased with my results!!! Dr. Herron and her staff also has safety procedures in place as Covid-19 is still persisting.  She is very cheerful and caring about her patients and she is very knowledgeable compared to other doctors I have been to!

The staff is very friendly. All of my questions were answered and I was given information to read at home to make sure I understood the process.

Dr. Herron is a very thoughtful, caring skilled surgeon. My surgical biopsy site healed beautifully. Heidi and the other staff were amazing. I was dealing with an insurance issue and they were there to help me every step of the way to expedite my process. The office is also very clean and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend the Elizabeth Institute. Thank you for a positive experience.
