Regina, the owner, is very kind, knowledgeable, authentic, and honest. I plan to continue supporting this business because of these values. You can tell how much care is put into the products carried, and the store itself has a very relaxed feeling to it. Today, I went in looking for a new yoga mat. Regina helped me get an idea of what the benefits and drawbacks were of the mats carried depending on type of practice. She spoke from personal experience with the products, and helped me decide what would be best for my practice. I can tell not only that she really cares about the quality of products she carries, but she truly believes in them.

Regina is very kind and friendly and she has a really nice selection of clothing, yoga accessories and some aromatherapy, mala and jewelry as well. She is also an avid gardener with quite a green thumb! I enjoy talking with her.

Regina, the owner is a lovely soul! She helped me figure out my clothing size, suggested related items for me, and even stayed a few minutes after closing time. I went in for a new yoga mat and couldn't pass up the sale on clothing...delightful, comfy clothes.
