As a first time buyer Dave was an amazing help. His ability to eloquently explain all the minutia of the loan we were getting, helped immensely. On top of that he was efficient and did a wonderful job staying on top of the loan even though there were some difficulties due to outside factors.

Dave was an excellent loan offer. He didn't do a big song and dance, he keeps it simple and cuts right to the chase to let us know relevant info about our loan, without overwhelming us with the minutia. We had a long loan process but he stuck with us and answered questions at every step of the way.
