I dont tip on my card so when I put zero on my receipt the cashier didnt want to talk anymore and would only give me 1 extra soy sauce on 3 orders. Ddi not get napkins or utensils . Food was tasteless and will not return.

(PF Changs Frozen Entrees????) Under cooked shrimp, rubbery sweet/ sour chicken, tough spring rolls. Like it was precooked, taken from the freezer to the microwave. Don't believe it was deep fried there. Green mustard had an off flavor with no nose tingling bite. Sweet/sour sauce was thin and flavorless. Lo mein meat was rubbery and Grey. Not sure if it was chicken or pork.

Not a great experience. I stopped here while passing through Ashland and was disappointed. The food was not terrible but also not great. I felt I might be able to find better at safeway and I love aisan food so that's saying something. Perhaps they are simply catering to people who prefer their ethnic food to be more on the American side I don't know. This alone would not stop me from eating here again, but the service will. When I arrived there was only one other guest in the restaurant and the staff member to help me was short and seemed to really want me to take my food Togo instead of dining in. This was at 3:15 pm right in the middle out their hours of operation, and all the table were empty. I was then required to pay for my order before I was seated. I don't smell or look homeless so I don't understand why I was treated so rudely.

The fried rice was terrible. Smelled funky and tasted even more off than it smelled, same for the chow mein, but the sweet and sour pork was fine. Our waitress was amazing and prompt, couldn't ask for better service.
