The biggest difference has been their attention towards managing all of the moving aspects of our marketing needs, including the strategy behind all of those efforts. Web design/management, SEO, AdWords, Socials Ad Campaigns, Technical & Creative Writing, Video (Concepts/Production/Editing), Analytics, etc. They don't offer all of these services in-house, but have a great pool of partner resources and are still committed to taking ownership of all of our needs as a whole.
