I first reached out to Handyman Plus in desperate, and I mean desparate need of help to repair a dilapidated deck. We have a 3 year old son and the deck was so far beyond unsafe, it was scary. Between rotting boards, horrible installation from the previous homeowner, and a railing that just didn't connect, every builder we had talked to said it was a total demo and $100k or more to fix. Handyman Plus was the only team that was willing to work with us to salvage what we could and keep the costs within our budget. John and his team were honest, communicative, and superb to work with. Not only is our deck safe now and was done within budget, but it looks amazing. Blake was the lead on our project and he put his whole heart into fixing our deck. The team cleaned up the worksite everyday and checked in with me on progress and timeline. They used what I wanted in terms of materials, colors and railings and advised on what would work best for us. Nikole from the office was great to work with on payments and the project organization as well and made it very low stress on the admin side of the deck remodel.
