Does this place have beautiful stuff? Yes! Are the women that work in this place helpful and knowledgeable? NO! Both women seemed put off by my questions regarding the products. They made me feel like an idiot like I didn't know about a certain plant. I will take my business elsewhere. I'm only giving it two stars because I love the products inside

This is "sweet spot" which does not appear to me to be very fresh nor full compared to the menu and what I'd expect for the price. An extra star because the recipient was thrilled (but she is exceptionally gracious and appreciated the intent). I ordered online before the store opened day of and received notice of delivery around 5pm

I called from a very long distance to order a flower delivery to a close relative who had just lost her son. Amber very patiently walked through options and ideas until we found the perfect arrangement and was able to send me a picture of the final result. My experience was easy and pleasant under what could have been stressful circumstances. I highly recommend this shop for beautiful arrangements and equally wonderful owners/employees. Thank you Amber

Truly the best plant store with the best customer service imaginable. I have never been compelled to write a review for a business before but I felt it wouldn't be right to not express how wonderful my experience has been here. I got a bundle of plants several months ago and had forgotten the names of the species to figure out how to best care for them. I called and they told me to send them some pictures to help me ID them. Not only did they help me identify the kind of plant it was but they sent a whole paragraph of explanation for how to take care of it and assured me that my plants were doing okay, as well as letting me know that they were available for any future questions. For a beginner plant parent it has been an absolute delight to receive such beautiful plants and such thoughtful advice from the owner. I hope that everyone who comes here will be able to have such a pleasant experience as I had and I hope this place can feel how appreciated their hard work and kindess are.
