I’ve been treated by Joann Gruber for at least six years. She is very good at what she practices. Very positive and professional, the best I’ve ever seen for my anxiety issues.

I would NEVER be seen by this provider. I was seen by her years ago and unfortunately my Mom had to be seen by her for mental health meds because there were no other providers in the area taking patients. She has zero patience, is non professional and has no sense of what the patient really needs because all she wants to do is prescribe medications. When my Mom tried telling her what her issues are, Joann will talk about her own personal problems instead, pointing out all the reasons why she needs meds to help. Today, we had a scheduled appointment at 11:30. Joann called late and then when my mom didnt answer because she didnt get to the phone in time, Joann immediately left a message stating that although she knew she was calling late for the appointment, my Mom would be considered a no show because she didnt answer. We tried calling right back without an answer. She was rude when she left the message. I saved said message for proof because wow! I cannot believe she speaks to people that way, let alone mental health patients who could be on the verge of a breakdown as well as someones Mom. Im extremely frustrated and disappointed. No thank you to Joann Gruber!
