I tried to get my kids enrolled with Willow wind years back, only to find out they don't accept children with learning disabilities. And I just recently found out they are still DISCRIMINATING against kids with learning disabilities. How is this still an issue in 2022!? This school needs to be defunded if they're going to be discriminatory! Why should the community even support a school, that doesn't support EQUAL learning opportunities for ALL!? Willow wind also gets State funding under the guise that they are a "public school", public schools have to be an equal learning opportunity for all! They have to have things in place to meet the needs of kids with any type of disability, it is against the law if they don't! Yet they've been getting away with this for years! This is a slap in the face to the entire community, an Injustice and a disgrace.

You will never find a better school than this. The teachers are amazing, the curriculum is outstanding, and the friendships you make pull it all together. I'm just sad I didn't get to spend more time here.

This charter school does not allow any children with any kind of disabilities. If they see that your child has any kind of IEP they turn you away. Not equal opportunity.
