Ive been living in salt creek apartments for over a year now and have had some issues with lights not working , broken toilet seat, locks not working and birds in hood range vents etc. Our new manager Jim is very responsive and took care of these issues for me super quickly. Sometimes it has been hard to reach management due to their short office business hours but we had my issues resolved within a few days! Its for the most part a quiet and nice place to live!

It looks like a really nice place to live. The grounds are well kept and it's a nice place to walk around. The management staff is professional, Jim was able to answer all my questions. Management seems to genuinely care about the residents.

I have absolutely loved being a tenant here. The management is outstanding as well as every neighbor we have in the complex. Everyone is so kid and pet friendly and the property always stays so clean. If I could change anything, I would love for there to be even a small gated area for the dogs to play so they arent always leashed. Besides that I really have no complaints.

The landlord is a liar. When we reached out to the landlord about our refund deposit he told my husband that it was on the way and that we would be getting most of the deposit back because we left the place very clean and in good condition (aside from a few minor skuffs on the wall), we still hadnt received anything back so again reached out to the landlord and he sent the receipt of what our refund will be and its only $25! They charged us for things that were there BEFORE we moved in and things that I KNOW were perfectly fine when we left. We spent that last week there cleaning every nook and cranny of this apartment so if anything was broken I wouldve seen it and wouldve not only owned up to the damage but also wouldve reported the damage myself. This is the worst moving out experience I have EVER had from any rental. I am glad we left.

Just moved in. The facility has a nice look to it, because it's so new - about 3 yrs old I think. Parking is uncovered, and oddly not flat and tilts toward an overgrown creek. This is going to be a big problem when ice and snow come in winter. The parking spots are not numbered to the apts. a sort of crapshoot. The 11:15pm train that comes every night 30 feet away is horrid. It blows its horn for 5 minutes as it enters town and is painful & overwhelming. The grounds are clean for the most part but the 'dog poo' cans overflow with trash. The trash area is a mess and the recycling is unclear as to what should go where. Smoking area is also uncovered and oddly located. The building seems well built. Can't really comment on maintenance - but a safety rail is broken on my stairwell but I haven't officially reported it. The staff is very nice, but do not man any office during business hours. its a part time setup and very hit or miss. The 23 documents required to move in (seriously) requires a legal team to negotiate and the overall price is badly out of line for the area. The locals laughed when I told them my rent. it is managed from PDX. The design of the apartments has a big weakness, no closet in living area, just in bedrooms. So no place to put linens, jackets, brooms etc. Overall quality is very well built, nothing fantastic, but good. Lots of electrical outlets, good appliances. Water pressure on 3rd floor is weak. Internet here is weak in choices, couldn't get comcast business so had to do xfinity (or could do Ziply DSL - yeah right). No real grocery store in town, expensive gaas station and very little food places. 1 great mexican restaurant I've enjoyed.
