We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Leaping Lamb Farm. Scottie was a gracious host and the farm and cottage were just beautiful. We feel blessed that the folks stewarding the land and animals are so willing to share it with outsiders; we learned a ton and had a marvelous time roaming around, enjoying the area and interacting with the animals. I recommend picking up Scotties excellent book to learn more about their journey!

We havent stayed in a while, But I am Anthony. The once little kid who came with mom and dad to your farm twice. You probably remember me, when we stayed at your farm in like 2016 as a little kid. Im not sure if you remember us or not. We will be back in the future. Also, I heard about the passing of Paco, I am very sorry. He was a sweet donkey. I remember cleaning his pen, and getting eggs from the chicken coop. I hope we see you soon

This was our 2nd stay at Leaping Lamb Farm, and we are already planning our next stay !! We LOVE this place so much! It really is a true "getaway" from all the hustle and chaos of everyday life. At the farm we enjoy roaming around the beautiful grounds, visiting our cute animal friends, cuddling baby goats, skipping and laughing across meadows, finding joy just sitting on the bridge watching the creek roll by. The small cottage is cozy and nestled on a hill overlooking the meadow and we love cooking breakfast there from the fresh eggs we gathered and any garden produce growing. This place is SO inspiring and we can only dream of owning something similar ourselves. Scottie the owner is a pleasure to see everyday for farm chores and chatting about the day's adventures. Denny the caretaker is another friendly and caring member of the farm who takes time from his busy day to share with us all the things to learn and make us feel involved. We have stayed both in springtime and summer and its wonderful I'm sure in any season. If you are looking for a "true hidden gem" where the troubles of life disappear and you want to reconnect with nature, this is where you'll find it. Thank you Leaping Lamb Farm!!!!

So wonderful to host your family at our farm. And thank you for delving deeper into our story. We call our book a 'cautionary tale' although experiencing our farm first hand is the hands-on reality. We appreciate your kind review and hope to see you back again!

Hi Anthony, Thanks for writing a review for us. I'm glad your visits were memorable. Paco had a way of making it so for many of our guests! We will look forward to hosting you and your folks again, soon I hope, and I will introduce you to Chip (short for Chipotle), a Paco wannabe. He is small and furry and getting used to living on a sheep farm :). Until next time - Farmer Scottie
