        I received excellent customer service when I had a flat tire on my rental vehicle. I went in with the intent to patch or worse swap the tire. In their opinion, the best course of action would be to install the spare and deal with the rental company. Considering it is a 4 wheel drive vehicle, mixing and matching is not recommended. Despite the fact that they performed the swap, they refused to charge me anything. Despite the fact that I did not spend any money today, they have definitely gained a future customer.
