I am going to Italy in April. Having done some reach search on what I can expect for weather, rainy. Needed a pair of really good walking shoes, waterproof.
The patience, depth of knowledge, and fabulous communication skills I was treated with... well I have found my go-to shoe shop. Foot comfort is so incredibly important always..and especially when traveling. It can make or break the entire trip.
Oh, and I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes. The all important water proof sneakers, a super cute pair for nicer days and to wear with a skirt and a pair for work. Could not be happier. Thank you so very much.

I was frantically trying to find a pair of sandals for my trip to Italy with only 2 weeks to spare. I went into this shop and picked out 3 pairs to try. I told the associate what I was needing and she brought out a pair of Ecco sandals and encouraged me to try them. I turned up my nose because they were NOT the style I was looking for, but I tried them on to humor her. Holy smokes they were my saving grace! I wore them every day of my trip with little to no foot pain. That is something for someone with falling arches, internal pronation, and plantar fasciitis. I appreciated the knowledge and gentle encouragement to try something I didnt think I wanted, but definitely needed! I will be back!

This store rarely has time for a customer. I happened to be on that side of town and since the sign stated "open" I assumed that meant I could go in to take a quick peek. The clerk looked at the clock several times and stared me down. I stated I wanted to just take a quick peek and was curtly told I had 5 minutes. I will take my business either online or travel to a different community to support a business who values a customer.
