        Starting with Paolo, our initial contact, RR was friendly, professional, prompt and communicative. Paolo is a great listener. He listened to what we as homeowners wanted and were concerned about. He never pushed a product or even a sale. In fact, RR helped stop an immediate leak without a promise from us to use RR. The early spring rains kept delaying our project but RR was super communicative and Rachel called me each morning to give me an update. As for the quality of work in getting a whole new roof out on, the crew was polite, efficient and considerate. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they finished. The roof is brand new so of course we have had no problems, but I dont expect that we will and in the unlikely event we do, I feel confident RR will back up their work and take care of me. As for price. I got another bid a few months before hiring RR and that bid was almost $10,000 MORE. Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation
