I had to complain to the region about the pharmacy at Albany's Coscto. You know, its illegal to try and hold my PAID prescription by asking questions I've already answered at the first window. Your people have a lot to learn about customer service and seem to have gotten mixed up in what you feel is the law. Learn from this. I can not support your illegal behavior. You've lost a prescription customer for life.
Your regional manager says he will educate you and your staff. Katrina, because he was understanding and apologized for your and your pharmacies' stupid actions, I will hold off on the law suit for now.
