        My brother had a wedding recently, we called to see if we could pick up early and the person on the phone confirmed it would be ok if we did. We then drove 40 minutes there to have them tell us they would change us an extra day even though we called to confirm. No impressed, I'll never rent something from here again. Booo

        Legit best party store ever. They rented out everything we needed to make our oldest son's wedding a gorgeous event. Kind, helpful staff and lovely items to choose from when renting. Wonderful store!

        Called in to grab my rental, they said it was all in so we could get it early. Upon arrival with many people for help and a trailer from 35 minutes away they informed us they would have to charge an extra day for being there 1 hour earlier than the 2 pm time. What a joke.
