Bre's Massage Therapy

As a collegiate Athlete I come to Bre usually 2 times a year, I play soccer in NC and when I come home for summer and winter break one of the first things I do is schedule a massage with Bre. She takes her time helping alleviate a lot of built up tightness, soreness, and pain from long sporting seasons. Allowing me to recover and preform at the highest level. Id heavily urge anyone especially collegiate athletes or athletes of any kind to see Bre about massages. They are the best I have ever had.

Had an absolutely fabulous massage done by Bre. I get massages at least twice a month and she ranks up with the best Ive ever had. Shes very attentive and listens to what you want worked on. Ill definitely be back!

Absolutely the best massage I have ever received. I'm recovering from shoulder surgery (3 months post op) ive been struggling with mobility and pain. Bre knew exactly what to do to relieve the pain and increase my mobility. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Bre is a wizard with her hands! I get a massage from her monthly because she is so knowledgeable about the body, understands how to alleviate pain and targets exactly what I need. I refer all of my personal training clients to her because I am confident that she will deliver an exceptional experience. Bre is also very personable and I would rate her more stars if I was allowed too
