        Do not recommend. They build their business on screwing people when people need help. They want a vehicle or something as collateral even on a small loan and still charge 85% interest and fees. Absolutely ridiculous.

      Justice, dependent on the type of loan, decisions are made based on a variety of factors including credit history, income, and expenses. Not all loans require collateral, but those that do also take into account the value of that collateral. - ck
