Brian from AmFam has always been very responsive and will work hard to get you both pricing and any information you might need. Their service goes well beyond getting you a policy - you are treated as if the business isn't yet fully earned even if already a current policy holder. Very much appreciate the AmFam team!

I had the worst experience with Brian branch, I was with another person before and had to switch to Brian. I got a new car and had to get full coverage insurance I had a representative at his office quote me a price I asked several questions to make sure that was the right price and even said it wasnt much more the the liability insurance I had before and they assured me that was the right price, I paid that amount then a week later my policy lapsed because that was the prorated amount even though I asked to make sure that was the actual amount and I didnt have to pay anything else that month, so after it Lapsed I called and asked what happened and someone told me that was the prorated amount and I didnt pay the actual bill the was due a week later even though I wasnt told about that. My insurance went from 119 to 180 because of the laps which is so insane especially since it wasnt my fault I was given wrong information. I missed payments with the person I had before and my insurance price never went up even though technically they can raise the price and Brian definitely took advantage of that. I now go to a different insurance company and my full coverage is 118 definitely better then 180. And when I went in to explain to the woman working at his office that my insurance didnt go up when I didnt pay my bill before or let it laps she claims it didnt laps thats why it didnt go up but its weird I can miss a whole month and it doesnt laps but It goes past the due date by 2 days and my insurance lapses I wouldnt get insurance from this place very untrustworthy.
