Hickory Farms at Heritage Mall

Just wanted to give kudos to Hickory Farms-Greeneville !! This store is awesome! Barbara is so passionate about making sure her customers are happy with their purchases! Great store, friendly staff. Were going back today, hubby is addicted to the meats and cheeses!!!

I have been getting hickory farms for a while in different locations and I have shopped in this location in Greeneville twice now in last week. I have to say the staff and store in Greeneville is by far the best location I have ever encountered. The store is neat, clean, always stocked. The staff is kind, joyful, and always eager to help. The greet you with excitement and kindness and make you feel like family. The manager Barbara helped me herself one day and is the nicest manager I have ever met and on my next trip she wasn't in but her taff speaks very highly of her. I feel this location should be a mentor for the other locations. If you haven't been in go in and see Barbara she will make you feel like family as will her staff they are amazing individuals.

Really hope this comes back every year. They are about the only place to find turkey summer sausage around. Great place to get gift baskets for the people you can't buy just anything for

Staff is wonderful and helpful. Perfect place to get hostess, corporate or family gifts. Hickory Farms is always a hit!
