We purchased a matching couch and loveseat from you 2 years ago. We recently noticed damage to the loveseat. We called the store was given the company that handles all your claims. I just received a call from them denying the claim saying we caused the damage. So much for having a warranty if you accuse the buyer of damaging the product. Definitely never stepping foot inside your business.

The purchase of our couch and low seat was made easy bye the employees and the store. They had a good selection to look at, and there was no pressure at any time. Comfortable environment, friendly staff. The products were delivered when they said they would be, which was approximately two weeks after we made the purchase. We love the chairs but less than two weeks we had a problem with the electrical system of the loveseat. We called the store and they sounded helpful and promised to have someone come out and check and replace , the faulty power box. That part hasnt happened yet, but I have faith that it will be.

When you walk up to the Albany location there are two signs on the front door stating, Masks Are Required for Entry. At the time of my visit there were about 6 other cars in the parking lot and I felt comfortable knowing there was plenty of space for social distancing in an area so large. However only the staff were wearing masks! Restrictions haven't been lifted in our area and I was appalled at the stores complete lack of enforcement for the safety of their customers. I took my business elsewhere and found other furniture stores go above and beyond by even offering customers appointments outside normal hours, to help ensure their safety. For those in or with loved ones in the high risk group its not worth exposure by supporting a business that doesn't put safety first.
