Our experience with Craig was absolutely terrible. Our 2 day project was significantly delayed, his employees would only show up for a few hours at a time, several days no one showed up at all. The crew was very inexperienced, Craig told us so himself, therefore mistakes were made during the install that needed to be repaired. We brought it to his attention before the install was complete but he refused to look at the issue or fix it even when we offered to pay for materials needed to correctly install the flooring as well as find a hotel for another week so they had the time to do it right, he responded by saying his crew would come back one more day to throw the rest of the floors down and he never wanted to hear from us or work with us again. The next day no crew showed up, we reached out in the afternoon to ask if they would be coming to finish the install. He called us screaming about our impossible demands, threatened to walk away from the project, as well as a slew of other profane insults. Within another day a new crew finished laying the floors, we paid in full at this time and asked Craig to return to look at the issues so we could remedy the situation, he refused. We tried for months to get Craig to return and ultimately used mediation through the CCB to finally get this issue addressed, we never took him to court and paid in full for all services we had agreed to. Our project ended up costing thousands more simply because he was deceptive about the essential costs for proper install. Improper installation meant that half of our house had to be re-done- an absolute nightmare to work with which is why I have chosen to write this review as I cannot stand the thought of someone else going through what we did as well as others who have left reviews here, on facebook, BBB and complained through the CCB. After repetitively showing up hours late everyday and constantly leaving only a few hours after working on the house we were left with an unfinished floor. After paying a 50% deposit which was no problem, the other 50% was paid before the work was finished knowing that I would get a finished floor in return. Once our extra flooring came in to finish the job we called cvk to come back and finish the job but time and time again we were sent to voicemail and the fully paid job has yet to be finished. Would not recommend if youre looking for a pleasant business experience. Service: Install flooring
