Tried to stop a payment that I learned was a scam. Cwccu said they can't, the scammer gets his money and I have to wait to dispute it. No wonder there are so many scammers out there, they get paid no matter how hard I try to stop them from getting it.

Changed the app so I can no longer make loan payments thru it with card from another bank, phone assistance is not. Not the CWCCU I signed on with years ago. As soon as I pay off a loan in next couple months, GOOD-BYE.

They make everything difficult, their website / mobile app is terrible, the old one and the new one they just upgraded to last week, same problems.
Tried talking to a customer service person about making extra payments on a loan. She tried walking me through it and finally I told her I wouldnt hit submit because it didnt seem right and I didnt think she knew what she was talking about. She finally realized she was looking at the wrong page, I would have transferred my money into somebody elses account because she gave me the wrong information! Wish I would have gone through a different company.
