I cant give zero stars, but I wish I could. My car died nearby so I got to it this shop and they were so nice. They diagnosed the problem and seemed like they knew what they were doing.
When the car was ready, I paid $1500 for a used engine and $1098 for the labor to install it which is good pricing.
1 day later, as I was driving, the radiator blew. I took it to my shop in Portland and they noticed one of the fans was not plugged into the engine. This pressure on the radiator from only 1 fan, caused it to crack, leaking fluid and steam in my vehicle. It also put pressure on the engine, which needs to be taken out and repaired. At this point my car is ruined. I cannot afford to throw more money into my car, especially after 1 day after a new engine install. I trusted Fidel and he made a major mistake which caused irreparable damage to my vehicle. He denied it when I called him and refused to pay for his mistake and hung up on me. Stay away from this shop - they are scam artists and poor mechanics and bad people. Shame on M&F auto.
*any mechanic should know how to properly reinstall an engine after they take it out. Forgetting to plug in both fans to the radiator is like a doctor forgetting to sew you back up after surgery. M&F auto is liable for damage but I cant hold them responsible because I never got a receipt for service or any kind of guarantee of work. I should have checked that they guarantee their work before leaving my car in their clumsy hands. What a waste of money and stress. Ive learned my lesson! Shame on M&F auto.

Took my 2003 Ford Focus they replaced a couple of parts that were about to fall off lol. Reasonable prices, fast service & very kind. I will definitely be going back. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do not bring your car here for the mechanic guy named Miguel to fix your car, he will destroy it instead of fixing it, he tights the bolts too tight to break it, plus losing your original bolts and replacing them with after market ones, as he was not carefully keep them at 1 place, NO EXPERIENCE MECHANIC !!! Service: Engine repair
