I have lived here for over 13 years. Stonebridge has had its ups and downs, but things are looking up around here. Melissa Wishon, the resident manager, is quick to respond to needs, and wants her tenants to be satisfied. Our maintenance staff works hard to get things done; most critical needs met first and then the other items fall in place. There are a lot of improvements going on. Those types of improvements take time, but they will be worth it. It is quiet, peaceful. I have always felt safe here. I really love my neighbors. It's a great place to live!

My family has lived here for over a year now and we love it. The manager Melissa is amazing at her job. She makes you feel welcomed in the community and goes above and beyond to take care of the property and the tenants. If you are looking for a friendly complex to move in to please think about these townhomes. Also, the neighbors are friendly.

Living here has honestly been an amazing experience; Ive been in a good few of not so nice places and this is definitely not one of them. The landlady Melissa does her absolute best to do everything she can when you call her, if you cant reach her she will call as SOON as she can. When it comes to maintenance of any kind she does her best to make sure everything is on the ball, and yall its worth it. If youre looking for a place with a nice view, (mostly) quiet neighbors, kept in good condition, and management you can actually reach, and actually cares about you? This has got to be the place honestly.
