I came in as a new patient. Doctor Hatley takes the time to get everything right. I was apprehensive of how she changed my prescription, turned out to be exactly what I needed. She is amazingly skilled at what she does! Her staff are also very helpful and friendly. Best vision experience I have ever had, and have been happy with other providers. Doctor Hatley and her clinic is amazing!

Office manager is very unfriendly and should not work in the customer service field. Techs and the doctor are all very nice except her. You dont snicker at people just trying to reword their question so you better understand.

GREAT customer service. It was my first appt with her and I loved the attention Dr. Hatley provided. I had a few things I had issues with and she took all the time in the world to go over things and treatments. I didn't feel rushed. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I love Dr. Hatley. I have been seeing her for years. She is very thorough and takes lots of time with you. Dr. Hatley knows so much about eye diseases and explains everything to you. I also like her cute office and selection of glasses.
