        Food is often hit or miss. But the staff being rude and treating you like you're an inconvenience to them, that you can count on everytime. Guy with the goatee and glasses at the window, I asked how he was doing, his response with a large sigh "I'm existing.".....ooook. He didn't ask me if I needed any sauces when handing me the bag. I had to ask him. He let out another big sigh, "what do you want?" Quit if you don't like your job. Don't take it out on us. Update..... Everyone that works here seems to hate their job. Customer service is a joke. Not welcoming at all.

        We received EXCELLENT customer service here! An item was accidentally left out of our order, and we didn't realize til we got home. (Yes, I know... should have checked before pulling away. Oops!) We called as soon as we realized, and they saw that it had been left out so told us to come back any time in the next 30 days with our receipt and they'd give us a replacement. Well, I went back right away, and they went above and beyond to make it right! Grateful for their positive attitudes and their kindness! (Oh and the food was nice and hot - even during non-peak hours.)
