        Incompetence, a reflection of their management. I repeated myself 3 times over the phone to ensure these people would understand a simple order. Called in my order at 6:11pm and it didnt get finished until 6:48pm. The amount of incompetence to get 1 simple kids order wrong is really pathetic. Train your people better, its really sad and a poor reflection of the company.
