        Alana is very knowledgeable about massage techniques and reflexology. She asked a lot of questions about my preferences and level of comfort throughout the massage. She told me why she was doing certain techniques to help me understand better. The hour went by too quickly, so I need to book my next one!

        I came in for my first time today at Mother Nurture and I absolutely loved my massage. The environment was quiet and peaceful and I didnt feel uncomfortable at all during my session. Alana took her time and was not rough, she was very gentle to my liking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
