I went in last week for the first time for a wash, blowdry, style. Raven took her time and did a wonderful job. The second time I went in, the young lady who did my hair(not sure her name) was rushed. She did not take her time to straighten my hair, straightening it in big chunks. She didn't bother to do anything with my bangs, until I asked her about it and then when she's done with them she says "they don't look that bad". She thought they were baby hairs until I clarified that they were bangs. I'm not sure if I received poor service because of a scheduling conflict because she did have another client that was at 10am which left her 30 minutes with me thus making the whole process feel rushed and the result not the best it could be.

Bailey did a great job on my hair. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She is so sweet and easy to talk to. She really listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. I have blonde highlights and she specializes in blonding. Thank you so much!!! I love it!
