Recently moved to Yukon and found this provider through recommendations on Facebook. The first time back in January, I could hear her talking to a patient in another room about me coming in due to covid. I gave her another chance after a HIPAA violation and my second recenet visit I came in for what I thought was Bronchitis. The nurse didn't even take my vitals, she was too worried about testing me for covid again, I was positive 3 weeks prior. The doctor came in and we mentioned possible flu, then she goes ew get away from me, oh I should of got my mask. Not professional and I was never treated for my cough which is now an infection. I was also requesting Ozempic to help with weight loss, however my insurance wouldn't cover it due to me not being diabetic. I requested Phentermine that helped with my weight loss years ago. I called this morning and was told to see another provider for that but I am guessing that is due to her preference of not wanting to prescribe it. I did choose to find another provider elsewhere due to the lack of professionalism with this specific nurse and doctor but the front staff has always been kind and helpful.

This is a new provider for me. I found her to be compassionate and she made me very comfortable. The office staff was friendly and I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks for the great experience.
