I did a mobile order and picked up my food. The bags were tied at the top, so i could not easily double check things in the drive thru.Once I was home I realized they forgot part of my order. I called up and verified my order number and was told to drive back up to get the item. I did and returned home to eat with my family. The biscuits were rock hard, the amount of meat on the bone is ridiculous for the price you have to pay. It's been years since I have gone here. I am very disappointed. It will probably be another few years before I try it again.
**Follow up. I requested to talk to someone at kfc.... Gave my phone number. Nothing on their end. I guess this is why their parking lot and drive thru was empty..Very disappointing.

Well...front doors stayes open till 10:30pm...its lies..we have guests that would love to go eat there but are turned away...guess yall dont need business that bad and will make sure guests dont go to this location due to rude workers whom dont want to do what their paid to do..
