This place is a joke. Ever since we had the snow last week we have no water. They keep saying they're fixing the problem and still nothing. I have health issues and a child. And they are being rude and no help at all. Apartment needs repairs or replace things and nothing. You need a place to live look somewhere else. I'll be calling housing authority tomorrow. I bet news 9 would love to air this.

This place has changed management 5 times in the 2 years Ive lived here. I have struggled even getting a hold of management for months until today. To give some perspective on management here, when I first moved in the management/maintenance was clearly on meth, but at least maintenance would actually come when requested (sometimes) From then till now any kind of managerial support that either myself, or my neighbors needed, has been actually hard to get. The two different numbers to reach management that were displayed on the building didnt even reach the current management company. Where the original management, albeit on drugs, were here on a regular basis, management is currently never here and has only recently begun answering phones. To be fair, if everything worked and the parking lot didnt have a car-damaging hole large enough to bury someone in, this might be a nice place to live for a young couple or even a small family. But with management rotating in and out faster than any tenant can keep up with, problems this place has had for years have gone neglected and at times the deterioration of this complex feels completely irreversible. All I can really say is good luck to whoever is running the place now; you have a LOT of neglect from the previous owners to address. The tenants here are not going to be friendly about it with how long theyve been dealing with these issues, but Im completely ready to edit this review if current management can actually turn things around. As things stand however, I advise against anyone signing a lease here until the entire complex is lawfully within livable standards. It very clearly has not been for quite a long time.
