        I rented a 20yd rolloff and had at least a month and a half unused due to covid situations with my family, my carpet and tile contractor, and my plumbers. Bad road days, and Christmas holliday also added another week of no use. All in all 7 weeks of the 11 weeks that I had the Rolloff were due to Covid 19. They took off only one charge for 30 day charge and decided that I pay them for their lost time that it could have been used in other places. So they charged me for 60 of the 81 days. They didn't seem all that concerned with the situation that covid 19 caused this to extend the time I needed the rolloff. I usually am not a reviewer and am pretty easy going person but their decision to charge another $275 seriously rubbed me wrong. They seem easy to talk to on the phone and likely to be good people. They just made a bad decision in my case!! I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!! Service: Construction debris removal

      Sir, we sincerely regret that you are frustrated. We truly strive to have to utmost customer service, which is iterated in all we do. We believe we have not only been compassionate about your covid situation, which we have also been facing, but also more than courteous by discounting your bill by almost 40%. All of our fees (setting fee,rental fees, and landfill fees) were explained and agreed upon at the time the Rolloff was requested. We waived the setting fee of $110 for you being a new customer to help, while also taking off $275 for a month of use. Which left us charging 1 month rent and 1 dump fee for you having a rolloff for 81 days. We reached out to on 12/31/2020 after 60 days of having the rooloff due to no communication from you. We then explained our policies again and what we could do for you to help. Royal Sanitation is unaware of any utility or service companies, such as gas, electric, sanitation or water that are any where near as lenient as we have been. Royal Sanitation truly wishes the best for you and your family. God Bless!
