I am leaving this review upon my Fathers request. He was very pleased with their services and loves his glasses. They took the time with him and didnt rush through his appointment. He was also pleased that they allowed him to ask questions and they happily offered the answers. He will return for future services!

The Doctor was really rude and dismissive when I asked her questions about my eye condition. I won't be going back or taking my son back. She appeared annoyed!

We walk in on time for an appointment and sit there for five minutes without any acknowledgement from Joanna who is sitting minding her own business! Other customers come and she helps them out we still sit there without any customer service or even a word. She couldnt even ask our names or say we will be right with you. Lazy and incredibly rude! Definitely bad for their business! To get any acknowledgment I (after 10 minutes of silence) had to yell across the lobby and say HELLO WE ARE HERE in front of another customer who came out with a different lady. Have some courtesy and service dont just throw a bible in your lobby and think that covers for your disrespect.

I went to Dr. Frantz and that was the best prescription glasses I have ever had, my vision was awesome. I have been to multiple eye doctors and never been able to see so good with my glasses.
