The owner is never there during listed hours. He is very rude when confronted about why he is not at his place of business during listed hours, the unit I had for storage was red locked for over a month and I had no access to my belongings because the owner is never there to take payments. The unit doesn't close all the way to the ground and my belongings were shredded into and covered in rat droppings.
