James Smith helped getting me set up with my insurance for my business so i knew he was the man to ask. I hit him up late lastnight about home insurance. He said he’d have me multiple quotes by noon today. That alone was impressive. He sent me all quotes, & got my home insurance set up all before 1pm today. Customer service is top notch.

You know that saying treat people the way you want to be treated. Well apparently some Cornerstone Insurance employees do not know how to treat there clients with respect. Sometimes listing with your ears and not your mouth when conversating with a clients you hear more of there questions and concerns not just yourself. As for the Manager he can only makes excuse for his employees behavior. You do realize without your clients you wouldn't have a job...
