Went into this store today to purchase a few hand planes and some new saws. The wife and I walked into the store and four people standing behind the counter. My wife and I said hello and we got no response. Walked to the glass display and no one bothered to offer assistance. For a store that sells high end wood working tool you would think you could get at least a greeting. Ill just buy online from someone else. Dont waste your time

As usual i had to stand around waiting for help. Another shopper passed bt me and stated "getting as bad as Wal-Mart". I responded "worse". There were others milling around and appeared to be frustrated as well. I actually has to call them on the phone to get their attention. This is not my first time having to WAIT TOO LONG! Get it together folks. Want to see an increase in sales? Help people out
