    My house was destroyed last year when the old tree in the backyard fell and essentially split my house in house. Chuck and Bill with Burggraf were right there to help every step of this process were very aware of how hard this was for me. They have now put my house back together beautifully, better than ever and they were prefect to work with. Responsive, helpful and courteous every step of the way. 100% the only company Id call if another disaster occurs.

    Response time was great and water mitigation was good. Didnt hear from a project manager until we canceled using them could not get an invoice after a few calls. Been a 2 and a half weeks and still dont have it. Extremely frustrating! Finally received an invoice and was charged for work that was not done. Took over 3 months to get a corrected bill then they threatened to turn us over for collection when they wouldnt return calls or emails to us or our insurance adjuster.

    I will choose to think the best of this company as we were a small job(I guess too small) for the likes of their business. We woke up from a nap Monday, 1-15-24 to a flooded house, 3/4 of our main floors standing in water. 1st, called insurance 2nd, called the insurance companys recommended restoration company. (Mailbox full couldn't even leave a message). 3rd, called a plumber, (which was very helpful in letting me know what to look for, Wooten Plumbing). 4th looked up restoration companies, Burggrafs came up. I can honestly say 5s for the response time of speaking with a live person to someone at my door for an evaluation of the possible damage and process of correcting the mess! 5s for the man who explained the process and what he was looking at with his thermal equipment. From there on it's a "0"as far as I am concerned. The man said he would bring a couple of fans and pull out the stuff in the carpet areas (closets) and remove the carpet and pad. I should hear from him by that evening or the following day (Tuesday). I waited till Wednesday to call and see what had happened. First, call 8am, 2nd call 10:20, finally received a call around 10:27, I explained that no one had responded from the day before, I was informed, they had emergency calls and were very busy. I asked if my job was too small for their company and therefore no followed up? He (Robert the supervisor) said he was sorry that Andrew didn't follow up and again restated how busy they were with emergencies. I guess mine wasn't a big enough emergency and was not worth the time. When I asked if I should look elsewhere, Robert was very clear I could take my business elsewhere. What was so crazy, he stated, he'd send someone out to pick up the equipment... He was quick to pick up just not to service. I told him there was no equipment as "no one had responded from Mondays evaluation and assessment". You can go somewhere else, was the last thing he said. I am attempting to pull everything out of the closet, I will attempt to rip up the carpet and remove the pad myself and use our box fan. Thank you Burggrafs for absolutely failing as a company. Oh ps, I am not a young spring chicken either!

    We hired this company after we experienced a flood from a faulty water, supply line under our bathroom sink, the company was very prompt to show up and start addressing the problem. However we did run into some issues with the initial crew they sent out, which was managed by a guy who seemed very new to the business, when we brought this to the attention of the owner, Larry himself came out and put a different crew in place and insured that for the rest of the job, there were no more problems. He was extremely friendly, and went out of his way to check in periodically to make sure things were going well, and that we were pleased , overall they did a very good job, and I am very impressed by how Chuck and Larry stand behind their work and will go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Would recommend
