I cannot say enough about the helpful, respectful and kindness I experienced with everyone I had the experience to meet. From the clean up crews to the guys who laid the flooring, the painters, the drywaller, they were all so very understanding and supportive through this process and difficult time. The Adjuster, Justin Seago and the contractor Kevin Mitchell were always keeping me up to date either with an email, text or phone call. They were so dependable and made sure to address every question or concers. Ethical, hard working and caring human beings. If you have ever had an experience when your home is flooded, etc., just having these people taking care of getting your home back to living conditions again make all the difference. Bailey and one other gentleman came out today to do remediation due to a leak in our Master Shower that damaged our carpet in the Master Bedroom. They did an excellent job! Both were very friendly & considerate. Cleaned up after themselves & answered all my questions. Very happy with their work. I will be using Servpro to complete the rebuild once everything is dried out as well!!
