American Waste Control, stated on the Jenks website, they would pick up tree branches in bundles 4 by 2 feet , no limits on the bundles. Today, which is limb pick up, they refuse to remove any bundles, except very small bundles and only two. They are as corrupt as Joe Biden.

I canceled my service before December 2022 ended, called back in January 2023 because no one had come to pick up the trash can, and apparently no one there has put a note down that I wanted to cancel my service back in December. Even told me they were still picking up the trash at my house when some other company has been doing that, and I am now still getting another bill even though it is March. So I called in again, and the lady told me I did not call in December, every phone calls there is recorded. I told her she can go back and check her record because I did call. Then she proceeded to tell me that I have an attitude when I just do not think I should be paying for the service I have not received for months. Horrible customer service and I have been a customer for 10 years. Service: Trash removal & disposal

This is the 3rd day in a row this company has not answered their phones. I have called between 10 AM - 4PM. Good luck if you can get a hold of them. Service: Construction debris removal
