My dog, Lady, had a serious issue this week and I rushed her to this clinic. The facility was really nice, very clean. The staff were so nice. They went out of their way to make sure I was updated every time they did something and even updated when we were just in a holding pattern. They treated Lady with care. They also made sure I was aware of cost for everything and ok with cost before they proceeded. They also pointed out the drink station, which was fabulous, to me several times. Honestly, no notes on improvements. It was a terrible time and they made it easier because of their level of care for Lady and me.

They were very kind and caring when I had to bring my pet rat in suddenly when his health decline. The nurses and the doctor were very understanding when I had to choose the difficult option of euthanasia and I appreciate how compassionate they were.
Edit: Even when picking up the paw prints I requested the staff was very kind and caring. Thank you

My husband and I decided to bring our elderly dog Theo to VCA Woodland Central for the last few years of his life, and Im very happy with our decision. Theo received wonderful care at VCA, and we were always able to bring him in for emergencies and receive diagnosis and treatment quickly. We made the difficult choice to have Theo put to sleep today, and the VCA staff treated us with kindness and compassion and made the process as easy and painless as possible. Thank you for providing the best care for our sweet boy in his final phase of life!

My fur baby got attacked by another dog that put two holes in her chest. I didnt really have much money and I was devastated because the surgery she needed was gonna need was so expensive. They were not our primary vet clinic But they worked with me and got it down as low as possible with having to sedate her and then still did extra I was not charged for. They were professional and so helpful! Thank you so much VCA central!
