I was at a loss and didn't know what to do about transporting my Dad. I was just trying to get a general idea of what my options were. Tod set me up. He told me about various options assessed my needs gave me the total I needed and then figured out how much gas would be. I left the conversation enlightened and empowered. I'd sure recommend them.

From the friendly face of the reception person to sales, repair, and training people, our experience at Mobility One was excellent. They took the time to listen and find out what we needed and then discuss all the options, answering every question. I can confidently recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a van, add equipment, or get a rental. Great job, ya'll!!!

Thank you Mobilty One! William and Todd helped me out when we replaced our permobil wheelchair not realizing we would need to move bracket and post from one wheel chair to the other or option to purchase new kit. They thoroughly informed me of the options and upfront cost which was very honest and appreciated. They delivered quality service and support. While I was waiting for service, I heard how they treated every customer over the phone with the same respect and honesty as myself just like they were family. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.
