        My husband had to take the day off on a Monday to accept the shipment. After waiting for several hours, he called to check on the timeframe. The receptionist said, "Oh I'm so sorry, they couldn't do that delivery today because they didn't have the lift truck. It is going to be Wednesday instead." This meant another day off of work to wait on this shipment. I wish someone had contacted us to warn us that the day of the shipment was going to be changed.
