        Don't pay up-front. Pay after you are happy with the product/service. The mulch he delivered was good, however, I wasn't home when he delivered and he texted that he still owed me more because the load was small. He told me several times he would be back to deliver the rest, but has never kept good on his word. I finally gave up after 3 months.
