        Why make an appointment if they arent going to go by it? Slowest place ever first and last time Ill be coming here. Only good about this place is they have plenty of truck parking

To reduce wait times, we’ve implemented the following best practices:1. Please have your dispatcher give the branch at least 48 hours notice of your arrival time and make an appointment.2. Arrive on time for appointments and check in at the shipping office.3. Do not un-tarp or un-secure your load until instructed to do so.4. If you are not backed in within 30 minutes of your appointment time please check in with the dispatcher to get an estimated unload time.
