        Tried buying some steel online through their website, they requested an image of me holding a driver liscence and credit card. That's just disrespectful I will never do business with them.

        I have purchased various steel products from them on several occasions. Staff has always been helpful, professional, and prompt with all interactions with me. I appreciate Alro and it will continue to be my go-to for future steel purchases.

        Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional doesnt even describe the sales lady I had the displeasure of talking to. 10/10 would recommend going elsewhere.

        Ive worked with Alro for years and never had a bad experience. The sales staff has always been courteous and worked to get things done for me, the materials are always in good condition, and their delivery schedule is amazing. The company as a whole seems to be easy to work with. I also enjoy being able to order using their online store. I highly recommend them.
