The staff at this location is awesome! Travis is our favorite, he is always so friendly and welcoming and willing to go above and beyond for our packages!! We recently met Kyle, he is great too!

Package was out for delivery today 12/22/23 but in the evening it showed there was an attempt and now delivering on Tuesday. We were home and nothing! I even signed for contactless delivery and left the garage code on the app! Ring doorbell had no activity. I would never use or recommend dhl! Cannot add photo or video because there isn't any.

DHL steals packages. Always say you will sign if not they will steal the package. Then tell you to contact who you ordered from to get a refund. Bad service. I will never again want any packages from them. They said they delivered and didnt. Wish I could attach a picture of the text and emails from them.
