        All of these reviews are fake, at least the good ones are. This alone shows the Integity of this company, run while you still have a chance. The main goal of any company like this is to make a deal, unfortunately they will say ANYTHING to make this happen, don't be another notch in their shady belt.

        I'm four years into living in a house managed by Bailey Foristell. So far, all of my maintenance requests are completed incredibly timely and professionally. The rent is fair and it's a nice property.
